CRIME update for July 2026

Dear Resident

Here is an update regarding Burglaries, Vehicle Crime and Criminal damage which occurred in the Park Estate Police beat area during the month of July. 

Burglaries residential = 1

22/07 Barrack Lane – Female suspect has used a plant pot to smash the front window in attempt to gain entry before being spooked/disturbed by member of public. 

Criminal damage = 3

06/07 Park Terrace – At 3:22am, car front windscreen smashed with a brick. Believed to be same male suspect that caused damages to number of vehicles along Park Terrace and Rope Walk, male has subsequently been arrested. 

12/07 Western Terrace – Male suspect has used brick to smash car window, money in loose change and trolly coins taken from within

12/07 Pelham Crescent – Car windows all smashed.

Theft of motor vehicle = 0

Theft from vehicle = 1

26/07 Western Terrace – Vehicle left insecure, no evidence of force entry, money stolen from within.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOCK ALL YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS, ENSURE YOU REMOVE ALL VALUABLE ITEMS FROM VISIBLE VIEW
