CRIME update for May 2026 |

Dear Resident
Here is an update regarding Burglaries, Vehicle Crime and Criminal damage which occurred in the Forest Fields Police beat area during the month of May.
Burglaries residential = 1 13/05 Burford Road – Female forced entry into property taking items.
Criminal damage = 3 16/05 Gladstone Street – Object thrown through a pane of glass in the front door, property vacant at the time. 17/05 Berridge Road Central – Between 3am and 11:30am, entry gained to vehicle by unknown means, untidy search, nothing reported stolen. 28/05 Russell Road – Neighbours jumping over fence causing damage.
Theft of motor vehicle = 0 Theft from vehicle = 3 Between 06/05 and 07/05 Leslie Road – Access to secure vehicle without any sign of damage. 11/05 Austen Avenue – At 11pm, vehicle broken into without any sign of damage, victim believes suspect used device to unlock vehicle and stole cash and paperwork. 14/05 Leslie Road – Vehicle was unlocked, cash stolen.
