Dear Notts Alerts Member,

We are wanting to hear from you and all our members, as it is your voice that will to help us in providing the best service to our communities!

The Independent Advisory Groups (IAG's) is a strategic community group, that aims to improve the communications between Nottinghamshire Police and the diverse communities of Nottinghamshire.

In honour of the Chief Constable's pledge, one of the Force's priorities is in earning the Trust and Confidence of our citizens, and it’s our duty to ensure that the communities we serve, feel safe and are listened to.

The IAG's is a formed from 10 groups representatives from many of the diverse communities that we serve. Each group is passionate about creating solutions in improving local Policing experience.

We can not do this without your help, as an important member of your community, your voice really does matter, as we want to listen to your concerns and issues in your local area, but positives and opportunities to work closer with us.

The overall goal: is to connect better with our local communities.

This communication contains a PDF document with information as to how to sign up to any of the 10 IAG's from the nominated groups you are interested in. We would like to encourage you to join up to 3 groups, as the first stage of connect.
