Following continued drug dealing, anti social behaviour, and criminality from an address on Frederick Street in the Ravensdale & Eakring area of Mansfield officers succesfully applied for a closure order of the property. 

The order was granted on 06/02/2025 at Mansfield Magistrates court and is in effect until 2359 hours on 10/04/2025, with the order in place this also allows for further possesion proceedings to be taken against the occupant. 

PC Andrews stated "As a local officer for the area I'm pleased to have obtained this order, I'm aware of the significant negative negative impact this property has been having on the area and people living within it. 

I along with my colleague PC Ward have worked tirelessly alongside the Housing Association and Police Legal Services to ensure we obtain this order. 

This is now the third closure order we have obtained as a team and we will continue to utilise them to make the Mansfield South area a safer and more pleasant place to live.
