Over the past few weeks, we've been working hard alongside Bassetlaw District Council’s Antisocial Behaviour and Housing teams to tackle issues affecting our communities.
Thanks to your continued community reports, we've been able to take decisive action against those responsible for drug dealing and antisocial behaviour in Worksop.
🔹 On Friday, 16th January 2025, the tenants of a property on Sandhill Street, Worksop were evicted following reports of drug dealing and disruptive behaviour. This swift action has brought much-needed relief to the local community.
🔹 Earlier today, Friday, 24th January 2025, officers from the Worksop North Beat Team assisted Bassetlaw District Council in taking possession of a property on Ely Close, Worksop. Once again, this followed weeks of complaints about antisocial behaviour and drug-related activity.
These outcomes are a direct result of our strong partnership with the council and the support of the local community, who shared vital information with us. We hope this brings a sense of safety and reassurance to those who have been affected.
If you’re experiencing issues with antisocial behaviour or drug activity in your area, don’t hesitate to get in touch. You can report to Nottinghamshire Police via 101 or contact Bassetlaw District Council.
Together, we can continue making a difference.
