Officers from Mansfield Neighbourhood Policing have undertaken a Fatal Four vehicle offences operation on Skegby Lane, Mansfield and surrounding areas this morning. This operation focusses on speeding, mobile phone use, lack of seatbelt use and drink/drug driving. These four offences are prioritised by Police in the NPCC Road Policing strategy to reduce the number of persons killed or seriously injured in road traffic collisions. 

Officers issues 8 tickets for speeding with the highest speed being 47mph in a 30mph zone.
