Resident

We are urging people to be vigilant after a suspicious male called at a resident’s address on Newlands Road, Forest Town, Mansfield at 14:05 on Thursday the 21st November 2024. 

The male in question has been described as a black male, afro hair wearing a grey waterproof coat with a Scottish power logo, 

The male was going door to door enquiring about the resident’s gas and electric supply.

Officers have contacted Scottish Power who confirm they do not do cold calling and do not supply the area.

Any incident of this kind please contact the police to make a report.
