On Tuesday 12th November 2024 Mansfield South NPT Team discovered a cannabis farm within an address on Scarcliffe Street, Mansfield. Within there was a total of 275 cannabis plants, including a complex hydroponic system throughout. 

This discovery made when officers followed up on intelligence of suspicious heat signatures in the area. Worryingly within the address it was discovered the electrics had been bypassed prompting National Grid to attend in order to make the address safe. 

These types of cannabis grows pose a significant fire risk to surrounding properties, we aim to bring justice to those responsible and keep our communities safe.
